NANO PRO™ Basic Laboratory Peristaltic Pump 

NANOSSR offers basic laboratory peristaltic pumps with three different flow rate options. It belongs to the digital speed-type peristaltic pump. It displays the current flow through LED and is able to perform liquid volume calibration. It is a specialized equipment used in laboratory settings to transport liquids in a controlled and precise manner. It operates based on a peristaltic pumping principle, where a flexible tubing is compressed and released by rotating rollers, creating a gentle and pulsating flow of liquids. This pumping mechanism is particularly useful for applications that require accurate fluid delivery without the risk of contamination or damage to the transported material.

This Peristaltic Pump comes with YZ1515x pump head and 2 meters of 17# silicon tube (ID: 6.4mm and WT: 1.6mm) as standard accessory. For additional tubes/pump heads beyond the standard configuration, please contact us for more detail.

  • Multiple external control mode selection: support RS485 / MODBUS communication protocol, analog control (0-5V0-10V 4-20mA...) foot switch control, provide customized communication protocol services.
  • Data will be stored in time after the power is off. When the power supply is restored, the pump can remember the parameter Settings before power off, which is more safe and more reliable. 
  • One button to control full-speed operation, used for quick cleaning, filling and emptying tubes, etc.
  • The pump can be customized after the shutdown reverse operation speed and Angle, to keep the liquid from dripping.
  • 4-LED display.
  • Flexible control mode:  key and external control mode, convenient for users to choose to use.
  • The pump adopts a Two-way high-torque low-power motor, it can install a variety of pump heads: YZ series, DG series, and ZN series, according to the customer's actual application, and multiple pump heads can be connected in series to meet different flow requirements.
